What the deposit secures
Three things — not just an invoice.
The 2026 cohort is the first cohort where every kit day accrues hours toward AUR32721 Certificate II or III. Locking in early means we hold the physical kit and the training window for your school — not a placeholder.
A flat-pack kit crate, reserved for your school
Your deposit holds one complete 48V race car kit crate — DC traction motor, LiFePO4 HV pack, motor controller, tubular spaceframe chassis, PPE set, telemetry and the curriculum binder. We don’t reallocate it once your deposit has cleared.
An onboarding slot for your staff
Two days of intensive PD for two of your teachers is scheduled at deposit time — confirmed before the term begins. No queueing for a training window after you’ve paid.
One regional circuit round entry
Your cohort earns a slot in the regional race round and is eligible for the National Finals — built into the same deposit, no separate entry fee.
Refundable until a stated cut-off

We back the deposit with our refund policy: cancel by email before 14 days before your scheduled kit delivery and the full amount returns to the card you paid with. No fees, no fine print surprising you.
